Which plan fits
The limits above are monthly and they reset. Pick by the month you actually have, not the one you hope for — moving up takes effect the moment you ask, so guessing low costs nothing.
Three invoices a month, and no card. Enough to invoice a first client, see what the document looks like, and decide whether any of this is for you. It does not expire and it is not a trial, so there is nothing to cancel if you stop.
Fifteen invoices and thirty emails a month, three businesses to invoice from. This is the freelancer who bills the same handful of people every month and occasionally picks up something new.
Sixty invoices and a hundred and fifty emails, four senders, and enough AI actions that you stop counting them. For a busy freelancer or a small studio where somebody sits down on Friday and bills everyone.
Two hundred and fifty invoices, twelve senders, twenty companies. Chosen for the senders and the seats rather than the invoice count: this is the plan for an agency, a bookkeeper billing on behalf of clients, or one person running several businesses.
In every plan, including Free
Say what you want on the invoice and it is written, numbered and laid out. Not a form with a helper attached.
Subtotals, tax and totals are computed by ordinary code, never guessed by a model. The same arithmetic on every plan.
An invoice made on Free is the same document as one made on Premium. Nothing is added to it and nothing is held back.
Write in either, and send an invoice in the language your client reads. Not a paid add-on.
Send the invoice to your client directly, and see when they open it. Every plan includes sending.
Stop paying and the account drops to Free. Nothing you have already made is deleted or locked behind the paywall.
How the billing actually works
- When you are charged
- On the day you subscribe, and then on the same date each month — or once a year on the annual plan. There is no separate setup fee and no minimum term.
- You get a receipt every time
- Emailed on each successful charge, with the amount, the date and the plan. You do not have to go looking for it, and it is the document your own accountant will want.
- If the card fails, nothing happens for three days
- A card mostly fails because it expired, and cutting off a paying customer over that is a poor way to treat them. The plan keeps working for three days while we retry. Only after that does the account fall to Free — and even then nothing you have made is deleted.
- Changing plan
- Upgrades apply immediately, because you asked for them and usually because you hit something. Downgrades wait until the end of the period you already paid for, so you keep what you bought rather than losing the difference.
- Cancelling
- One click, and the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for rather than stopping that instant. After that the account is on Free, with every invoice still in it.
Questions about billing
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- The assistant tells you as you approach it, so you find out in a sentence rather than from a blocked screen. Nothing you have already made is locked, and upgrading applies the new allowance straight away.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, in either direction. An upgrade takes effect immediately. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you bought.
- Which currency am I charged in?
- The one shown on this page. Pick USD, EUR or GEL with the switcher above and that is the currency the card is charged in — not a figure converted at checkout into something else.
- Is there a contract or a minimum term?
- No. A monthly plan renews monthly and stops when you cancel; an annual plan is paid once and runs for the year. Cancelling keeps the plan running until the period you paid for ends.
- What happens to my invoices if I stop paying?
- They stay. A subscription that lapses drops the account to Free, so the monthly allowances shrink — but nothing you have already created is deleted or held behind the paywall.
- What counts as a sender?
- A business you invoice from — its name, address and tax details on the invoice. One person running two businesses from one account uses two senders.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The Free plan takes no card and is not a trial — it does not expire and it does not need a cancellation.
- Is there a watermark on the free plan?
- No. An invoice made on the Free plan is the same document as one made on any other plan — nothing is added to it and nothing is held back.
Start on Free. Move up when the invoices do.
Nobody needs a plan on their first invoice. Free takes no card, does not expire, and the assistant tells you when you are close to a limit — so the decision arrives with evidence rather than a blocked screen.
