What goes on an invoice
A valid invoice is a short list of facts. Miss one and a client's accounts department will send it back — usually the invoice number or the payment terms.

The word “Invoice”
So it is not mistaken for a quote, a receipt or a statement. A quote is an offer, a receipt is proof of payment; only an invoice is a request for money.

A unique invoice number
The single most common reason an invoice is rejected. It has to be unique and it should run in sequence — INV-001, INV-002 — so both sides can refer to it later.

Your details
Trading name, address, and your tax or company registration number if you have one. If you are VAT-registered, your VAT number is not optional.

The client's details
Their legal name, not the name you call them, plus their address. An invoice made out to the wrong entity is one their accountant cannot pay.

Two dates
The date issued and the date payment is due. “Due on receipt” and “Net 30” both count, but something must be there — an invoice with no due date is never late, which is exactly the problem.

What you are charging for
One line per thing, with quantity and unit price where it makes sense. “Consulting — 2 days × 600” tells a story a client can approve. “Services rendered” does not.

Tax, shown separately
If you charge VAT or sales tax, the rate and the amount belong on their own line. A total that silently contains tax is the kind of thing that gets queried.

One unmissable number, and the bank details or payment link to settle it. Every extra step between reading and paying is a day added to how long you wait.
Questions about this generator
Is it actually free?
Yes. No account, no card, no trial. You get a run of invoices to make and download, and nothing is added to the document.
Is there a watermark?
No. The PDF is clean — no logo of ours, no “made with” line, nothing to remove before you send it to a client.
Do I need an account?
Not to make one and download it. An account is only for keeping them — remembering your clients, your details and your numbering so the next one takes seconds.
Can I use it for a real business?
Yes. It produces a normal invoice with everything a client's accounts department expects. Tax rules differ by country, so check the rate is right for yours before you send it.
Which currencies does it handle?
Any — say the currency in the same sentence as the amount and the invoice is issued in it, formatted the way that currency is normally written.
Can I change it after it is made?
Yes, by saying what to change. “Add 18% VAT”, “due in 30 days”, “call it Website redesign” — it rewrites and recalculates rather than making you start again.

It reads ordinary sentences, so there is no syntax to learn and nothing to get wrong. These are the kinds of thing that work, and what each one changes.
“Invoice Acme Ltd 1,200 GEL for two days of consulting, due in 15 days.” Client, amount, what it was for, and the terms — everything after that is a correction rather than a start.
“Add 18% VAT.” It is applied to the subtotal, shown on its own line, and the total is recomputed on our server rather than guessed. “Remove the VAT” undoes it.
“Due end of month.” “Due in 30 days.” “Issued yesterday.” Real dates are worked out for you, which matters because payment terms run from the issue date.
“Make it two line items: design 800 and revisions 400.” Or the other way — “combine those into one line”. The arithmetic follows automatically.
“The client is Acme Studio, not Acme Ltd.” “Change the rate to 450.” “Add my VAT number.” You are correcting a document, not filling in a form again.
“Make it in Georgian.” The document follows the language you ask for, not the language of this page — so an English speaker can send a Georgian client a Georgian invoice.
“Email it to nino@acme.ge.” It goes to them as a PDF from here, with no mail client and no account, and you get told when it was opened.
Questions before you start
- Is it actually free, or free until the download button?
- Actually free. No account, no card, no email address, and the PDF has nothing added to it — no watermark, no "made with" line, no trial stamp. There is a cap on how many one-off invoices can come from a single browser, which exists to stop scripts rather than people.
- Do I need an account to make one?
- No. This page works signed out, from a phone or a laptop, and the invoice is finished the moment the AI stops typing. An account only matters if you want the invoice kept, searchable and reusable next month.
- Can I change it after the AI writes it?
- Yes, by saying what to change. "Make it 18% VAT", "due end of month", "split that into two lines" — the invoice is rewritten and recalculated in place. You are not filling in a form to correct a form.
- Can I email it to my client from here?
- Yes. Give the recipient's address and the invoice goes to them as a PDF, from this page, without you opening a mail client. That is the part most free generators do not do — they hand you a file and leave the sending to you.
- Are the totals reliable?
- The AI decides what goes on the invoice; it does not do the arithmetic. Subtotals, tax and totals are computed by ordinary code on our server. That is a deliberate line: a model that is nearly always right about numbers is occasionally wrong about your money.
- What happens to the invoice afterwards?
- You download it, and if you asked us to email it, we send it. Nothing is kept for you unless you sign in with the address it was sent to, in which case it appears in your account alongside anything else you have been billed.
- How many can I make from this page?
- A handful, from one browser, before it asks you to sign in. The cap is there to stop a script generating thousands, not to hurry you along — and if you hit it, the invoices you already made are still yours to download.
- Does it work in Georgian?
- Write in Georgian and you get a Georgian invoice; write in English and you get an English one. The document follows the language you used, not the language of this page, so you can send a Georgian client a Georgian invoice while reading this in English.
- What if I need to change it after I have downloaded it?
- Come back and say what to change while the page is still open, and download it again. Once you close the page a one-off invoice is gone from our side — which is the trade for not asking you to make an account. If you want them kept, that is what signing in does.
