Every invoicing tool ever made asks you to fill in a form. We thought that was the wrong question.
The problem is not the invoice. It is the form.
An invoice is a simple document: who did what, for whom, for how much. Yet producing one means twenty fields, a tax setting you look up every time, a layout that breaks, and a total you check twice because you do not trust it. It is ten minutes of admin for two minutes of information — repeated every week, by people whose actual job is something else entirely.
So we removed the form.
In 1001invoice you describe the job the way you would describe it to a colleague — one ordinary sentence — and a finished invoice comes back. Numbered, dated, taxed, laid out, ready to send. Not a draft to correct: a document you can put in front of a client.
The maths is not guessed.
This matters more than it sounds. The language model reads what you meant; every figure — subtotals, VAT, discounts, staged payments, currency — is calculated on our servers by ordinary code that cannot improvise. An AI that is confidently wrong about a number is worse than no AI at all, so we never let it hold the arithmetic.
It speaks more than one language, on purpose.
The interface, the conversation and the invoice are three independent settings. You can work in one language and bill in another, because the person you are invoicing does not necessarily share your keyboard. English and Georgian today; more are being added, and every page of this site exists once per language rather than being machine-translated on the fly.
What we will not do with your invoices
Your invoices are a record of who your clients are and what they pay you, which makes them one of the more sensitive things a small business owns. We do not sell them, we do not train models on them, and we do not show them to anybody outside your account. The only exception is one you make yourself: a company page you deliberately publish, which shows your billing details and never your bank details or a single invoice. If you close the account, the data goes with it rather than being kept in case you come back.
Where the AI stops
The model reads what you wrote and decides what belongs on the document — the line items, the wording, which client, which dates. It does not do the arithmetic. Subtotals, tax and totals are computed by ordinary code on our server, because a language model that is right about numbers ninety-nine times out of a hundred is wrong about your money once every hundred invoices. Drawing the line there is why the product can be trusted with a bill rather than only with a draft.
Built small, on purpose
There is no sales team to get past, no demo to book and no call before you can see the product. The free plan takes no card and does not expire, because the fastest way to find out whether this suits you is to send an invoice with it. If something is missing, the address at the bottom of this page reaches a person who can change it.

Who builds it
1001invoice is built by Levan Bakhia. He started his first company, the advertising agency Sarke, in 1998 while still at university, and went on to found Sarke Studio, the largest production company in the Caucasus. He has directed a feature film and built Holoseum, a digital art museum. The thread through all of it is the same one that produced this: taking something that normally requires a specialist and making it something a person can simply ask for.

Everything above is also published the way the product publishes it — a page anyone can open with no account, showing who to invoice and how, and nothing else. It is the same page a client reaches by scanning a QR code on a card, and it is the feature working on us rather than a screenshot of it.
